The Smart Controller stores cheap power, runs the house on it when prices are high and sells the surplus back. Over a year that nets to zero or better. If a bill ever shows up in the seven years, we pay it.
Most homes in our area land between $14,000 and $28,000 before the federal tax credit, depending on size and roof. You get one fixed price after the roof check, and it does not change.

Every penetration is flashed and sealed, and we warranty the roof against leaks at our mounts for the life of the system. If your roof has under ten years left, we will say so first.
